Considering Southampton had lost their last four games in all competitions, during a run that included a 9-0 loss against Leicester City, many at Arsenal were left frustrated by only getting a draw against them at home.
To make it worse, it was the Saints who went ahead both times, as well as having nine more shots than the Gunners throughout the game.

Despite the underwhelmed feeling that was sweeping through the club, Arsenal’s admin decided to enthusiastically post a video of Alexandre Lacazette’s second goal of the night:
It was a good goal, as David Luiz played a long pass, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang flicked it on in the direction of Gabriel Martinelli, who beat Cedric Soares and played the ball to the back post where Lacazette put it in.
That wasn’t the point though, as no matter how the final goal was scored, it was only rescuing a point against the side sitting second-bottom in the league.
The tweet is deemed to be shameless from the club, with it being hinted that it embodies a lack of ambition.
